You’ll be free to work flexibly while helping shape a growing firm with ambition, clarity, and momentum.

What You’ll Do:

  • Originate new opportunities by drawing on your network and reputation.

  • Advise clients on strategy, digital transformation, AI integration, and operational performance.

  • Support larger consulting partners by leading specific work-streams or filling capability gaps.

  • Mentor and coach junior consultants within our network.

  • Contribute to thought leadership and help refine Nautilus’ positioning in the market.

  • Act as a strategic partner - collaborating with our leadership team to shape new offers and client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep consulting or industry experience (15+ years).

  • Strong networks and credibility with senior decision-makers.

  • A track record of shaping or selling complex consulting work.

  • Interest in mentoring and contributing beyond individual delivery.

  • A collaborative, low-ego approach with a focus on results.

  • Comfort with flexible, portfolio-style working.
